Arifah Haramain provides and organizes an integrated online booking system and facility (“Service”), which can serve Umrah Package bookings. (“Product”) which allows you to search for information on the Product you want, as well as make reservations and purchases and at the same time make payments online and securely through the available payment system and facilities.
Our Services are generally available online 24 (twenty four) hours a day and 7 (seven) days a week; except in cases of repairs, improvements or maintenance to Our Website.
All products are prepared, supplied and maintained by PT. Arifah Haramain Perdana (AHP) and Second Party (Mitra) who have cooperated with us.
The Umrah package booking that you make through www.arifahharamainperdana.com is a legal relationship and binding contract between you and us. In this case, www.arifahharamainperdana.com acts as a seller or agent or intermediary whose job is to facilitate bookings between you and us or with our partners.
Data and information related to certain Products that We list on the Website is data and information that We receive from Partners, and We publish such data and information in good faith in accordance with the data and information We receive.

5. Product Ordering/Purchase
The ordering of the Umrah package is considered successful or complete after you complete and submit the data in the ordering/purchase form and www.arifahharamainperdana.com issues and sends you a Confirmation Letter of the ordering/purchase. Our Products. Apart from the confirmation email providing order confirmation and the emails you have selected, We will not send you any notifications (whether desired or not), emails, or further correspondence, unless specifically requested by you.
Special package bookings with specific travel destinations (not listed on the website), such as Umrah Plus etc. can be made from 10:00 - 15:00 WIB. If the booking is made above the above hours, the operator will provide an answer/information regarding the price of the package the next day according to the hours listed. We are not responsible for any delays in information if the booking is made outside of these hours.
6. Product Price
We always strive to provide the best price for Products for you to order. The prices listed may have special terms and conditions, so you should check and understand the special terms and conditions that apply to a particular price or rate before you place an order. You also need to check and understand the cancellation and refund provisions that specifically apply to a particular Product and/or Price.
The listed price is the total price of each Umrah package. Sometimes the price we get from our partners is in another country's currency, and we try to convert the price into rupiah, with the best conversion rate we can get.
If under certain circumstances, there is an error in the price or information regarding a particular product caused by a typographical error or an error in the price and information originating from our Partners, www.arifahharamainperdana.com has the right to reject or cancel orders that use the wrong price, including orders that have been paid for.
If the order has been paid for by Credit Card, and your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will refund the amount paid.

Although it is very unlikely that we will cancel or change an order accompanied by a purchase that we have confirmed in the Confirmation Letter, if necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We will be responsible for any significant changes that affect the terms of the Products and Services that we have previously confirmed, namely:
